ONGOING VENUE OPPORTUNITIES

Ongoing Venue Opportunities provide free admissions to area museums, botanical gardens, history and science centers, art galleries, and the zoo. In all, we partner with 48 venues in the Southeast and that number keeps going up!

There are no hidden ticket fees or allocations for the number of outings available to an agency member. Our goal is to provide opportunities for your constituents to be active and included in the greater community.

Special Event Partners

SPECIAL EVENT OPPORTUNITIES

Special Event Opportunities provide free admissions to special, limited engagement events such as sporting events, musicals, plays, visual and performing arts performances, concerts, festivals, and more. Our special event partners vary from year to year. We provide anywhere from 1 to 3 special event opportunities a month. Atlanta Hawks, Atlanta United, Atlanta Ballet, among others, partner with our program multiple times annually.

Again, no hidden ticket fees. Tickets are first come, first serve for agency members, with a limit on the number of tickets available - typically 30-50 ticket limits per agency for each event.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF JOINING?

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF JOINING?

Making access and inclusion a priority for your constituents

Our goal is to eliminate barriers so your constituents have access to arts and cultural opportunities. That means free admissions, support navigating accessibility challenges, and covering all communications between venues and agencies.

Saving your organization's time and resources

No more soliciting venues or purchasing tickets so your individuals can have opportunities to visit a museum or attend a sporting event.

An abundance of community-based opportunities

We have anywhere from 85 to 100 annual arts and cultural opportunities available for our agency members and their constituent groups.

Educating the value and importance of art and culture

Art and culture promotes interaction, engages youth, and enhances skills, confidence, and quality of life for individuals. It challenges us, unites us, and makes our communities stronger. Everyone should be able to access and engage with it!

Gaining a partner

We're not just providing a service for your constituents and organization, we're advocating for your constituents and your mission. We're creating an accessible and open community where everyone can participate.

HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?

HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?

Every year, ARTS InCommunity facilitates the donation and distribution of over $1.5 million worth of tickets from arts, cultural, and sports organizations. These tickets are donated to human service agencies serving individuals with disabilities, at-risk youth, veterans, low-income communities, and other systematically disadvantaged communities.

Program memberships provide direct care and community programs with free tickets to arts and cultural opportunities for community outings and field trips. These include area museums, sporting events, visual and performing art performances, art galleries, special events, and the botanical gardens and zoo. There are no hidden ticket fees or allocations for the number of outings available to an agency member.

Applications can be submitted at any point throughout the year with the length of service lasting one year from the date of membership approval. Once an agency has joined the program, they are able to make reservations for free admissions to any of our ongoing venue partners for clients. Each venue has its own set of rules and guidelines for attendance dates, number of tickets per visit, staff to client ratios, and hours of operations. These guidelines may be viewed here

Tickets to special events are only available when announced through our website and newsletter. We aim to have 1 to 3 special events every month including musical theatre, plays, ballet, sporting events, and more.

HOW DO AGENCIES REQUEST TICKETS?

HOW DO AGENCIES REQUEST TICKETS?

Human service agencies request tickets to venues and events through customized member accounts on our website. Agency contacts are able to tract requests and receive notifications through their account and email when requests are approved.

MEMBERSHIP RATES

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP RATES

There is an annual administrative fee for each agency member, structured as a sliding scale based on the agency’s annual general operating budget. The fee is based solely on the general operating budget and not on the number of tickets used.

We aim to make this fee very affordable for all sizes of nonprofit organizations in the Southeast. This fee goes towards the sustainability of the program. Contact us at info@artsincommunity.org to request our rates for the current calendar year.
